Forrent, a virtual version of accommodation agent, aims to ease the process of searching for, and listing accommodations. It is an initiative and product of Godpower Azuonwu, a lawyer, having strong flair for and in Real Property legal transactions. He is also a computer professional.

Forrent aims to streamline the processes of listing accommodations – residential, business/corporate, event, etc. -, searching for accommodation, thereby synergizing real property owners and agents with property seekers. Property owners and agents list properties for rent/lease at highly low rates, and potential tenants search for available properties (accommodation) at no cost.
